Botleigh Grange Hotel - Pool & Spa under renovation

Very good

A little disappointing but I’m...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The lift was broken and had to use the stairs. Two people in my party were disabled and found this a struggle.The pool water was too hot for swimming. The hit tub was a lot cooler - would have been better the other way around.

An Excellent stay in Southampton

Liked: Brought back happy memories of our wedding there many years ago. The hotel has been renovated extensively and it looked very impressive.
Disliked: There is more work in the pipeline to resume the Spa treatment. Charging guests who arrive little earlier( say 1 hr) than the scheduled check in time was not a good gesture.

Liked: Nice building, staff friendly, good pool
Disliked: The food wasn't great, the spa had the smallest gym, no treatments like massage or facials, had to ask for my room to be vacuumed as wasn't very well done

Liked: Very old and tired place in every respect. Had a big event on and had to park my car on the road even though I was a resident!
Disliked: Very old place in need of refurbishement

Just like a ghost hotel...

Liked: Beautiful place - but definitely not worth the money. Was hard enough to find anyone that was working. Supposed to be a spa and no dressing gowns or slippers or even towels on arrival. When we did want towels had to find someone to get them and it was kitchen porter.
Disliked: Needs up dating - brought chargers but not plugs so no where to charge phone had to use back of tv..
