Liked: Great location, right next to sandy beach by Botany Bay and has an empty green space right outside the hotel. Staff were friendly and kind.
Disliked: Some parts are dated but doesn’t affect the stay.

Liked: Overall the hotel is worn out and old fashioned. It looks as if it hasn’t been upgraded in 50 years. The rooms are ok but bathrooms need upgrading with proper shower units and dining areas need a complete overhaul and modernisation. Breakfast buffet is dated and very poor. Food generally is old fashioned and needs modernising.
Disliked: See above. It reminds me of the hotels I stayed in during the 1960s. Things move on.
