For the price the hotel...

Liked: Location was fantastic. Food very good and bar and spice nice.
Disliked: We were charged twice on checkout which we raised at the time but was told without doubt only one payment was taken. Being nearly £9000 this was annoying in itself but worse was how long it took to resolve. Several messages.

Beautiful Hotel with great room...

Liked: Good breakfast with excellent service from the staffs of the hotel. Hotel location is wonderful as it is within walking distance to food, shopping and transportation hub in Antwerp.
Disliked: A place for car park would have made it more lovelier. Other than that, no other comments on this part.
