Pleasant

Liked: The staff was willing to help and changed my room as I'm disabled
Disliked: Not at all disabled accessible and if you were in a wheelchair you couldn't use the Poole and the food was like school dinners although the breakfast not to bad but don't accommodate for those who don't eat pork

I enjoyed my stay

Liked: Generally , room good and beautiful old building and stunning grounds, but not ideal for person with mobility problems.
Disliked: Food inexpensive, but not the best taste wise

Lovely hotel… some disappointing details

Liked: Lovely location. Lovely looking hotel.
Disliked: Parking was difficult due to events they had on. Room was very warm regardless of the fan. Room had some popped wallpaper. Only one person on the bar meant long queues to get served. Had an issue with the bar food when they forgot one of the macaroni cheese meals and then brought out a bowl of what looked more like soup.

Nice staff , good location

Liked: Location , staff super great ,
Disliked: It’s getting expensive , a glass of wine expensive, the parking system . Britannia are a weird company .. they do good things , but do dumb things that make themselves look cheap , which undoes all the goodwill
