Lovely would definitely stay again

Liked: Lovely hotel with comfortable room. Nice staff and great restaurant. Very clean and well stocked room
Disliked: Our room was above reception so there was lots of noise at 4-5am when staff and deliveries were arriving. Can’t be helped but did disrupt sleep

Very good

Liked: good location. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was a very large green fire alarm light in the room. Staff couldn’t help. Light sleepers should avoid this hotel or bring something to cover it

Best Choice in Portree

Liked: You cannot beat the location - right on the harbor with an elevated view. Everything is first class, from the comfort of the rooms, to the bar with excellent selection of whiskies, the restaurant food was amazing. But most importantly, the staff. They accommodated my requests for in-room dining since the restaurant was fully booked and most restaurants in Portree were closed on Sunday. I highly recommend this hotel

Very good

Liked: The hotel was good but the cost was rather high for accommodation, food and drinks. But it is Skye and everything is price inflated. We had much better value at the other three hotels we stayed at on the mainland. Staff were very good and so was the food.

Amazing location and the kindest...

Liked: Incredible location! We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The room was super comfortable and quiet. The staff were so hardworking and kind. The restaurant is also super tasty. We loved staying here!

Very nice hotel, great location,...

Liked: Breakfast was very extensive
Disliked: Not being able to have dinner at the hotel. They said they were fully booked but it did not look as though that was the case as not all of the tables appeared taken.
