Liked: I was upgraded to a superior. I didn’t tell the receptionist that I was travelling alone on my birthday but this really made my day special as I have never had an upgrade before. Leisure spa was really good. The food I had in the restaurant was lovely x
Disliked: The horrible smell outside ( farming) drifted into my room slightly. Room was tired, marks on carpet and more than one cobweb. I ate in the restaurant. Service was very slow. I gave up waiting for my dessert in the end. When I booked in they had obviously had a delivery by the front entrance of cleaning, toilet rolls. Which were still there when I checked out the following day. Didn’t make a good first impression

Liked: My room was spacious and clean . The food was good . They was a musician who was really good . We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: One of the bedrooms the shower was not working. My sister complained of the bed , it was not comfortable. My room was good but my sisters disliked their rooms .

Worst place

Liked: There's nothing to like about this place. I couldn't stay. After I sow room, go back strait to reception, told I can stay here,but they didn't refund me money.said it's not they problem.its no even double bads -its only to single matrasses.
Disliked: Everything!!!Stinky, dark rooms,(not proper lighting).Bad Customer service.worst experience.If you can avoid and choose different place to stay for this amount of money, just choose different place 100%

Disappointing

Liked: The bathroom shower was not working and was not up to standard, the room was okay ,but the bathroom was ugly , the shower was an very old model ,wasn't working that I had to use sink to wash my body, too bad

Nice little place

Liked: Staff were really friendly and attentive - especially the lovely lady on check in! Location was quiet and there weren't many facilities but you need to do your homework before you go - we knew this and it suited us fine. Room was immaculately clean with plenty of toiletries provided. It's a nice little holiday park. Kids play area was great for our boys too. Great nights sleep as so quiet.
Disliked: The food was 'interesting'. There was a great kids eat for £1 offer on with an adults main meal. Menu and selection of dishes were good but the quality wasn't great. Long wait with 2 kids. Husband's sausage and mash was literally liquid mash, my double burger just 2 very small patties and one of the kids meals was swimming in bean juice with about 10 beans on the plate! Flavour wasn't bad and we were really hungry but it wasn't the greatest experience and did let down our overall stay.
