We stayed on 10/26/12 for a concert at the Wilbur. I was quite concerned after reading reviews that were either 1 star or 5 stars. I gave it 5 stars and wonder what the 1 star reviewers experienced. We had a deluxe room which, for the $20 more per night, was absolutely worth it. The lobby is beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, the elevators ran perfectly, and the experience was excellent. If one is trying to skimp on everything, one should not be surprised if things aren't perfect. Spend the extra money. We'll stay there again.
Liked: Decor, staff, service.

Liked: The area around was nice and the gym too..
Disliked: Bath tub drain was blocked so every time I was using the shower dirty water was filling up the tub and staying there for a good amount of time... Although I let the receptionist know two days in the row nothing changed...

Liked: The hotel was nice. The room and facilities and the location are good.
Disliked: The staff in the lounge area was weak. Slow to attend, not very friendly, and very inflexible. We were there as part of a large conference. So, we needed space to hold meetings. They were slow to facilitate that in a service-oriented way.
