Liked: Location
Disliked: When making reservation requested connecting rooms because group consisted of family with children. We just got two rooms close to each other and one was an accessible room which isn’t comfortable if you don’t need that type of room. I’m including a photo of the so called closet

Superb

Really great hotel, have used...

Liked: Location, room, shower, bed, staff, bar - all great. Plus excellent access to the MA turnpike.
Disliked: Getting a taxi for the airport early AM - we were advised to call down to the desk 30m beforehand - we did so but were told to just come down, then we were diverted to the bell desk, nobody there, not clear if we could use taxis in the rank - all worked out in the end but the process was very confusing. Everything else was really great.

Disliked: Didn’t care for their new “destination charge” policy of $25. Should be made known when booking not when checking in. Still unsure how to use the supposed meal credit…..
