Great stay with nice extras...
Liked: Loved everything about it. We were visiting from abroad and stayed for 3 nights. We were afraid the room would be small for the 4 of us but we had plenty of space. Beds were comfy, pillows were ok but a bit soft for me personally. Staff was great however my husband arranged cupcakes and balloons for my birthday but this never came and he never heard from anyone about it. He had not paid for it yet so we didn't make a big deal out of it. We were not aware of the $20 credit you get per day, that was a nice surprise, we used it for room service. Unfortunately we did not get the time to visit the Boston view that was also included but I find it a nice add on thats offered. We mentioned that it was my birthday while staying there and got upgraded to a top floor room with a spectacular view of the city and river, highly appreciate it. Oh and did I mention that the location is just PERFECT. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Liked: Loved that it was connected to a mall and other amenities like "The Yard"! Clean hotel. Nice staff.
Disliked: It was pricey but all hotels in the areas were high. This one was a bit cheaper.

Liked: The location, cleanliness, heat bar/restaurant, village.
Disliked: On check in they didn’t locate the payment for my stay and were trying to charge the full amount again. Being a single mom on a tight holiday budget I didn’t really need to have to spend an hour sorting this out with the booking company I used. All worked out and the concierge who got it sorted gave us a beautiful room with a view to make up for the hotel not being able to locate the payment. She was wonderful and so was our stay but I was worried the whole stay about any financial surprises on check out. There were none but it affected my peace of mind for sure.
