Nice but Pricey

Liked: Had a great view of the city and river, there was a nice rooftop garden we visited a few times
Disliked: It was very pricey with no breakfast included

Disliked: Charge your creditcard before the visit for snackbar etc - innocent until proven otherwise doesn’t apply here which is not customer friendly. Ridiculously priced parking next to the hotel.

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There are many things I didn't like. During breakfast there was water falling from the ceiling onto my table. This also happened on the lobby, where there were buckets everywhere collecting water dropping from thee ceiling. The breakfast experience was slow and uncomfortable. Lifts were very slow, there was always a long waiting time to go up or down. There was also an issue with the payment method, they charged me twice, even though I told them multiple times I had already paid. After complaining, they refunded the second charge to my card, but it was still a stressful situation.

Liked: Place is in a good place and rooms are clean.
Disliked: I arrived late for my one day work trip to Boston and was tired, ready to settle that night before checking out in the morning. In check in I was asked many unnecessary questions, memberships stuff and so on. What was really astonishing is that they were saying something like you might not get wifi!!!!! I work as a professor and I need to work at the evening. Definitely my booking said there is wifi. When I said that they acted fine and gave me the wifi password. Don't act like Motel 8 if you charge over $560 for my night. Very in appreciated and trashy behavior from supposedly a.plave that says it serves professional people.
