Disliked: Night light out Shower was hot or cold couldn’t mix then stopped.Room 10, no one to tell at reception when we left..Unfortunately heat wave no fans or aircon so even with window open blisteringly hot

Liked: Location was great, bigger bed than expected. Comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Shower is old and not easy/comfortable to use. I also thought that there was food available due to the signage and dining room.

Liked: Location is good for the North bay and Theatre. Parking is difficult on busy days.
Disliked: The hotel was functional. The rooms were clean but small for a double. You don't want to spend time there. The mattress we had was ridiculously awful. You could feel what springs were there collapsing to a hard base when you sat on it. There is no shower shampoo or body wash. Just a bar of soap. So take something with you. If you want location, then this is ok at best.

Liked: We stayed in a Seaview room and it was amazing, worth paying a little extra. My husband awoke at sunrise and got a fantastic picture. The hotel is in a central location, and the staff are very friendly. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit.
