Great stay! Excellent location to...

Liked: Staff was very welcoming, we felt safe coming back to the hotel late at night and had no trouble with the valet!
Disliked: Price is expensive but for the area was competitive. Of course everyone would always like it to be cheaper!

It was an awesome time...

Liked: Location. Very close to public transport and within walking distance to shops and restaurants …and Fenway Park if you like the Red Sox.
Disliked: I can’t change the trends of society but the cost of accommodations is getting ridiculous. Unaffordable for middle class normal people. Everyone from Airbnbs to chain hotels …. Gouging people for the simple necessity of laying your head on a pillow. Fancy bathroom hardware … so much so we had to call to ask how to turn on the water to the bathtub. And never could get cold water. Appropriate for Boston as we felt like boiled lobster by the end of that experience!

Fantastic hotel with incredible helpful...

Liked: Great location and fantastic staff that were so willing to assist. I was here to run the marathon and they really took care of us and added such a personal touch when I had completed it with my time on a poster.
Disliked: Nothing - was all great. WiFi didn’t work for the last two days and they said they were getting it fixed but think it was never resolved due to the number of people there for the marathon. Ended up needed a lot of data but otherwise great.

Liked: Excellent location and super nice staff. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Walking distance to everything and next to the T
Disliked: Wifi is not the best when hotel is full.

Liked: Nice clean and classy hotel! Quick service and prompt. :)
Disliked: Valet parking is required and they charged $70 a night! I messaged on the app before asking about parking and they didn't let me know about this cost. :/

Liked: The staff treated us like VIPs! Very attentive, polite, professional, but also downright friendly and helpful beyond expectations.
Disliked: Nothing!
