Nice position. Very sparse hotel...

Liked: The streamlined modern rooms and the views of Manhattan were spectacular
Disliked: The "balcony" was just a metal frame and no seating area. The aircon leaked in the bedroom. No b and b in the rate.

Liked: The food here was AMAZING. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The lobby was beautiful, the cafe was very nice, and we slept fairly well.
Disliked: The showers were a bit cold because there aren't doors on it, and the rooms were missing things. I have never stayed in a hotel with no mini fridge in it. The exposed wiring and plateless junction box on the ceiling were very unappealing, which is not something I expect at a luxury hotel. Additionally, one of the reasons we stayed at this hotel was because of the rooftop bar which we were really excited about. Our first night it was completely closed, the second night a big fundraiser was going on and there was no room for us, and the DJ was blasting the music so loudly we couldnt hear eachother so we went to a bar deeper in the city. That was very disappointing. When you pay so much for amenities they should always be available to all guests.
