Liked: The spa facilities were absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back to use the spa. The grounds itself around the hotel are so beautiful.There are plenty of places to sit and relax.The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room itself, unfortunately, let the stay down. There was an issue with the bath plug, so when I showered, the bath tub would just fill up as I could not take the plug out. The room was uncomfortably hot on our stay me and my partner both did not get any sleep. (We did speak to a member of staff about this at about 11pm, nothing changed/happened, and as it was only a one night stay we did not bother to follow this up) if it was a longer stay I would have. Me and my partner unfortunately, both got bitten during our stay. (Guessiing it was a flea or bed bug bite, wasn't untill I mentioned it at home to my partner that I had two bites on my leg and he said he had been bitten on his ankle too)Such a shame about the room as every other aspect of the stay was perfect. We will definitely be back for the spa facilities. However, I don't think I would stay again.

Liked: Such a beautiful property! Big garden area and easy parking. The room was also great. I recommend using spa facilities.
