Liked: The lobby staff was attempting but the service room staff wasn’t.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t too comfortable and the furniture was dusty. The toilet seat got flooded in the morning

I enjoyed my stay as...

Liked: The Borgata is in a good location that gives good views of the city. I've never had any issues with how clean the hotel is. The rooms are of decent size.
Disliked: There's nothing of wow value. When compared to other casino hotels its comparable and doesn't have that one thing it's really known for. It's just a good hotel amongst a few but with a superior location.
