Liked: It has exceptional accommodations, hosts, staff and food. Also, it was immaculately clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The best stay we had in England during our two week trip.

Lovely stay, a truly gold...

Liked: A beautiful house in the perfect location. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our lovely suite by the owners, Sara and Simon. The little details made our short stay delightful. Since retiring we spend a considerable amount of time travelling and staying in hotels and I wish hoteliers had the same attention to what actually matters when staying away, very clean rooms, fresh flowers, large fluffy towels. I could go on. Breakfast was great, and really good fresh coffee, alleluia! The gardens are amazing, and well worth a stroll around

Liked: Sara and Simon couldn't do enough for us ,beautiful comfortable bedroom fantastic bfast top quality produce,treated to homemade cakes everyday and fresh flowers from the garden,Simon gave us a tour of the house and grounds absolutely stunning so much history stunning house and grounds,can't thank you both enough for our wonderful stay and thankyou for your kindness you showed us ,

Fabulous, a lovely bit of...

Liked: The house was easy to find, it was absolutely beautiful to look at and the interior had been renovated to a very high standard. The parking was good next to the house. We were greeted by Sara and Simon the owners who showed us round and took our luggage up to the room. Sara kindly brought us fresh milk for our tea/coffee and some homemade cookies which were delicious. There was a lounge for residents to use with an honesty bar should you want it. The room was a good size with all you could want, shower room was again well appointed. We were able to have a wander around the gardens and the land at the back of the property and spent a lovely hour enjoying the evening sun overlooking incredible views. The breakfast was really good with a wide range of choice from cereals to fresh fruit, yoghurt and hot choices. We had a problem with our car during our stay. Sara immediately offered to help and on our last morning Simon very kindly gave us a lift to our relative's home a short drive away, nothing was too much trouble. It was all delightful. We would return in a heartbeat.
