Set in an acre of land in the beautiful Hampshire countryside and woodland Bootmenders B&B is just 4 miles from the market town of Petersfield. It offers flexible accommodations with free private parking. Both the apartment and the two-bedroom cottage are located in the garden. Each features a lounge area and a flat-screen TV along with an iPod docking station and tea and coffee making facilities. The self-catering apartment also features a kitchen with an oven microwave and refrigerator. In the mornings guests are supplied with the ingredients to make their own breakfast in their guest room. This includes pastries cereals yogurt fresh eggs from the o-site hens and home-made granola. Home to a country pub the village of Froxfield is just 20 minutes' walk away. Ideally located for scenic strolls the Bootmenders B&B is surrounded by country paths. It is just 4 miles from both the A3 motorway and Petersfield Railway Station.

A cosy B&B excellent for...

Liked: Amazing location. Very nice host and private forest available for a little walk. The terras in front of the house is free to use and excellent to chill after a nice day. Breakfast was nice. Ashford Hangers national reserve are closeby and walkable by foot.

Lovely stay in a beautiful...

Liked: Location in the countryside was great, the converted outbuilding was cosy, warm and had every luxury. We loved the cabin in the woods with a roaring fire, and enjoyed walks from the house. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with cook your own eggs and bacon, fresh bread, berries and jams.
Disliked: Nothing.

Wonderful country cottage

Liked: Lovely setting.Hosts were kind and attentive without intruding.
Disliked: Water pressure in showers.Cooking area was a bit cramped.

Lovely stay

Liked: Luxury bedding, everything good quality, cosy, great facilities in a small space, breakfast package a nice touch and beautiful surroundings. Owners gave great communication and very welcoming. Thank you
Disliked: Nothing really to complain about. Minor details could do with a mirror in upstairs bedroom and a welcome book with local recommendations, taxi numbers etc may be useful
