Liked: The staff was very friendly; offered to help although. Nothing was corrected - they appeared friendly and nice.
Disliked: Run down; no restaurant; no bar; casino was just older machines and poor ventilation. We stayed on the smoking floor because my husband smokes but I never expected the room to have no ventilation, even in the bathroom and locked windows that we were not allowed to open! The filter on the heater looked like it had not been changed. The floor was sticky and it was just very unpleasant. Although it was a smoking floor it seemed as if our neighbor who has a connecting door to our room was partaking in something other than cigarettes. The smell came through our door all night long and I could not even open my window to let it out.

Disliked: Got booked the wrong room I picked a jacuzzi room and couldn’t even when my refund when I tried. It was a low budget very small room almost ruined my wife’s surprise birthday night.

Liked: It was comfortable the staff was very polite and professional
Disliked: It is a little out dated but still nice

Disliked: The room wasn't cold. Even after adjusting the thermostat. It was muggy in the room

Liked: Cleanliness.. restaurants was open late if you came out the casino.
Disliked: There were there was a bee in the bed. In the dresser drawers wasn’t clean.

A peaceful place to stay...

Liked: The staff are always smooth and collected. They know what they are doing and it makes checking in at the end of a long day MUCH BETTER. The hotel commons are very well kept and comfortably quiet throughout
Disliked: Shower curtain was worn and torn. The bed was lumpy and I had to sleep on the opposite side (head where feet go). It didn’t seem that the HVAC caught up overnight
