Disliked: This hotel is unsafe. I would never recommend to anyone traveling with kids or special needs people. This is a 10 story building. The windows open EXTREMELY easy, and there is no locks to the window. Also, no rails outside of the window so anyone could easily fall out.There was two towels in our room, which we had reserved for five people (2 adults and 3 kids), no toilet paper and the mirror in the room is peeling all over. When I asked for my towels and bed covers to be changed the lady at the front desk said they do it every three days. I had to go back and forth with her so as to get new towels and bedding. The parking lot is small and hard to park in and good luck getting a good spot outside of the building, which happens to be right across a field full of trash. Overall, I was extremely stressed out during this two day stay. One of my kids is autistic and fixated on the views outside the window. My other children wanted to pick out as well but given the unsafety of the windows we could not enjoy the views.We will not come back to this hotel, ever again.

Liked: Breakfast was fair on the cost. Unlimited coffee was enough for me.
Disliked: I can hear a lot of foot steps and movement on the upper floor
