Disliked: It's the worst hotel I've stayed in in Mexico. They don't provide hair dryers. Towels and bath towels were not changed every day. The WiFi in the hotel was terrible, it seemed to be restricted and I couldn't access many software. The hotel bed was too soft. I like soft bed but it was too soft. So much so that my back and neck hurt every day when I slept. I asked them for an invoice but no one sent it to me.
