Disliked: Front reception staff were very rude, place was run down, def not a 4 star standard!

It was only ok.

Liked: The beds were comfy. The location was quite good.
Disliked: The place smells old and musty. The carpets are dirty, especially in the corridors and stairwells. The food isn't great. The shower was so hard to regulate, it kept alternating between boiling hot and cold. It really needs painting inside and out.

Liked: The room facility was very good; spacious and very clean reasonably quiet
Disliked: Breakfast - okay but cooked breakfast could improve- eggs were fried and oily - no scrambled eggs; black pudding not properly cooked; was told on both mornings that breakfast was not included and wanted me to pay again- but when staff checked I had already paid. When I went to the bar for evening meal I sat for 15 minutes and no one served me- although the bar staff told me to sit and someone would serve- this did not happened- so I had to go to Drumcondra for dinner
