Liked: Breakfast gets you started. Location is fantastic: close to the Detroit River, beautiful parks, a wonderland of flowers and shrubs, town eateries, wonderful people. You couldn’t ask for more.
Disliked: That we had to leave. That we couldn’t live here.

Liked: Closet to town, walking distance to restaurants
Disliked: In room portable AC was noisy. No option to open a window that I could figure out.

A highlight in our vacation...

Liked: Historical ambience, close proximity to heart of Amherstburg, walks along the Detroit River and the conviviality of the hosts, other guests and neighbours .
Disliked: We liked everything

Liked: The hosts , the location and the gardens.
Disliked: Breakfast. Same thing both mornings none of it freshly made. Fresh fruit would be nice instead of little bought fruit cups.

Liked: Lovely house and gracious host. Small but comfy rooms. Perfect location with walk to parks, the waterfront, shops and dining.
Disliked: Breakfast was continental and mostly store-bought pastries.
