Excellent stay! Would visit again!
Liked: Great two night stay at Wake Up! The staff were attentive and helpful. Private room was very comfy, clean and spacious!
Disliked: Check out time was 10, could do with an 11am check out!

Loved the rooftop!
Liked: I really loved the rooftop with a view over Bondi beach, I think that was the best part about this hostel! It's amazing to start your day there with a morning yoga flow or to have your breakfast on the rooftop!
Disliked: The rooms were verrrrryyy small. I stayed in a 4p dorm and there were 3 people with big suitcases and that almost didn't fit haha. I can imagine staying in a room for more people that the room will also be bigger.

Liked: Great location and good facilities. Private room was a good size, the bed was a little small. The aircon worked well.
Disliked: Bed was a little small and it was noisy in the hallway but that’s to be expected at a hostel.

Disliked: A lot:-credit card surcharge has been applied, so the room rate on booking.com is NOT correct! When customers get a room rate and it says 'charges and taxes included' then it is clear that the final price cannot change. Under important information it says that fees apply (hidden) but in the main booking process it says taxes and charges included, which is just contradictory! Btw: seriously unfriendly women in the reception; people like that should not work in contact with customers/guests. She did not want to acknowledge that their booking website is wrong-the female receptionist then gave me a non-working roomcard on purpose and i had to return to the reception to get it updated. This is an insult to a customer and people like that should not get job opportunities in contact with customers. -Checkout time incorrect on booking.com website-Very noisy corridor and room door not noise- insulated; just a piece of chipboard-Unprofessional staff that did not provide me with the wristband for Taco Tuesdays, where i would have had an extended Happy Hour on Tuesday at Salty's - i only found out about that sitting on the toilet and seeing the daily activities hanging on the door in front of me-Checkout time on the booking website WRONG ; upon arrival they say checkout at 10 am-in the morning at 09:59 cleaning staff just walks into the room without hesitation! This is illegal and horrific-OVERALL unprofessional and disrespectful staff-probably the worst ever seen (and i've been to around 100 countries!!)
