Rooms need to be cared...

Liked: location for the football, the bed was comfy and plenty of hot water, good size room and bathroom with robes, nice touch, near railway station and shops,
Disliked: the room looks very tired, damp mold on the bathroom glass door, flaky picture frames on the wall, loose panels on the roof and some staining on the carpets, for £160+ a night i would expect a better standard especially representing a football club like bolton, breakfast was below standard, cold beans, blanched bacon and overcooked black pudding, however the staff were nice,

Liked: Location, close to food/shops, spacious room.
Disliked: Food was unavailable after footy game, was not told at check in at 12 we need to book for food, had to walk down the road to eat. No restaurant separate to bar area for guests staying at the hotel, low water pressure in shower. Didn't see a kettle for coffee, was told the next day by other guests it was in a draw.

Sure it was better last...

Liked: Great location for Arena. Sunday staff.
Disliked: Weather. Shower over bath. No USB charging. No phone in room. Poor Wi-Fi.
