Don’t expect them to clean...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Rooms are old. There is no maid service. Only beds are made daily, room is not dusted, vacuumed and the washrooms are not cleaned. You must ask for service, even though you’ve paid a high price for the room.

Unique Stay, With Everything You...
Liked: This hotel is in a nice location close to loads of restaurants and a shopping retail park where you can catch a few bowling games, eat some nice food or if your staying on a saturday you can visit the local car boot sales just a few minutes walk away. The hotel has a Free car park that you can use by registering your car number plate at reception. The bar area is huge and cosy, with lots of drinks and snacks on offer. There is a restaurant and you can also order food from the bar area too.Breakfast was nice, warm not very hot to be honest but it did have a good amount. The views upstairs, of the football pitch are stunning, very nice when the sun goes down on the other side of the stadium. Our room was a double room with a pitch view, it was a good side room, good price when football season is out, but we didn't managed to understand if we could enter the balcony area as the room has a sliding door. The room does benefit from a big bed, small table and single chair, it's a shame we wasn't supplied with a second chairs as i was staying with my partner but we did indeed have a desk with a chair underneath that we could move to the window table area where we could both take in the views.Room service is available at this hotel with a small tray charge this is handy during breakfast time and we did get plenty of tea coffee biscuits, a kettle and some complimentary water. We get some handy dressing gowns for chilling in at night, an iron, ironing board and a trouser press machine and sadly we did not get a mini fridge. The bathroom is very clean and bright but everything seems to look a little 90's style. Our sleep was pretty good but please note that because this is a football hotel, that if you are sating on a Saturday night, that if you have a late night in most cases you will be awoken by the loud P.A system as they have junior football matches playing all morning until checkout, My YT Review (thecrazyinspector)
Disliked: The dust in the room was very thick in areas, the mirror and picture frames are old and don't reflect anything to do with the football stadium, maybe place some throwback pictures up and give people something to think about while staying. The picture frames are also patched up with tin foil and embarrassing. The bed, we did not know that you could fold the bed upto the wall to create space for different occasions and i think a simple explanation of this feature should be explained in a note within the rooms.
