Disliked: The lift needs fixing as the wait was long, the decor is dated now and in the breakfast restaurant many light bulbs out, some flickering which are an epilepsy concern and the area was dingy dark light area

Liked: I booked the room short notice and the staff was great for having it ready for me at the time I had stated I would arrive. The room was spacious and had everything that was advertised. The bed was very nice and the bedding very soft. I ordered a late night pizza and the pizza exceeded my expectations. Very tasty. Easy check in and check out. Very friendly staff.

Liked: Perfect location for what I needed,good parking and decent room
Disliked: Breakfast not overly impressive especially when a badly monitored school trip descended on the buffet like a swarm of locusts!
