Disliked: Room was very run down ac not working correctly disappointing as my wife stayed there the week before and let them know our family was staying for a special occasion and it took the shine off of if unfortunately

Relaxing and enjoyable birthday celebration

Liked: Amazing hospitality and service, including the food. Very nice buffet in the morning, excellent stay. Kids loved the pool, I loved the gym. We always come back.
Disliked: One mistake with our room service otherwise perfect stay

Average, probably won’t be back

Liked: Clean, excellent food at the Artisan restaurant.
Disliked: Staff were disorganised and service lacking. Decor very dated, scruffy in some parts. Sauna appeared to be locked and non-operational, very disappointing.
