Exceptional

Liked: As soon as we registered for the hotel, they called us to verify our needs. The conversation was excellent and everything we asked for was welcomed. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, they greeted us with joy, showed us the parking lot, the room, everything possible, from the coffee machine, the refrigerator, the TV, and the dining room. We asked if there was a possibility to do laundry, and we had quite a bit, they happily agreed and we received everything folded the next morning at a modest price. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and they happily took care of us there the whole time. It was simply amazing, excellent service +++, and most importantly, an amazing personal touch that we will never forget.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Liked: The location is quiet and away from the main hubs in Berlin, but there are plenty of dinning options and shopping.
Disliked: Could use some exterior lights near the rooms. A little difficult to find the keyhole to the exterior door without a light.

A sweet, eclectic little place...

Liked: The breakfast was very good, with plenty of help available from a chef for coffees, frying eggs etc. I ate far too much :)

Disliked: the quality of the robinetterie un the bathroom (difficult to set the right temperature)

Beautiful and cozy hotel

Liked: The room was extremely comfortable and the owner extremely nice and accommodating. We needed to arrive quite late and they found a way to make it happen. Location is perfect.
Disliked: All perfect, just quite difficult to regulate the hot water in the shower, at least in the room we were. Nothing terrible, just something to be aware of.

Amazing will go again it...

Liked: Very clean and very comfortable bed. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Room had water bottles and sprinklers wine bottle. Room coffee was good too. Will come here if ever in Berlin. 5 stars out of 5.
Disliked: Nice and clean with nice flowers all over. Very quiet away from the Main Street.
