Comfortable stay in wonderful hotel

Liked: The studio was spacious and very clean with fully equipped kitchen. The metro entrance is just a few steps away from the hotel.The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.

A great location and kind...

Liked: The location was great – central and convenient. I also truly appreciated the way the hotel handled the situation and offered compensation for the room discomfort. Their attitude was respectful and professional.
Disliked: We were given a choice between two rooms – one very noisy, the other supposedly quieter. We chose the quieter one, but honestly, I can’t imagine what the noisier one was like. Our room was located right next to the stairwell door, and for some reason, someone started cutting or drilling something right outside around 8 a.m. The doors seem very thin – every sound came through as if there were no wall at all. I would recommend not to offer this room to guests unless for realy small price.

Liked: Good hotel, not far from the centre. Good price for Munich. Really helpful staff. Underground parking. No AC but even at 30 degrees it wasn't hot in the room
