just dirty, not a nice...

Disliked: It was very dirty, black stuff rubbing of the shower walls, hair everywhere, dust everywhere.

Nice hotel to visit Munich

Liked: Clean hotel, confortable beds, staff was very friendly. We could park for free in the street because it was weekend.Convenient to reach city center with public transport.
Disliked: Nothing

Relaxing and easy location with...

Liked: It was a modern and comfortable hotel with all necessary amenities such as a washer and dryer and bar with small bites in a decent location
Disliked: It is right next to a packing plant that does a lot of moving in the morning. So on that side of the building it can get loud in the morning

Bold but not Cold

Liked: We booked a room with a balcony on the top floor. The room was clean and tidy and the property is huge. The parking facility was limited, however the front desk lady was extremely helpful in ensuring I could get a spot and not be charged. The personal touch was extremely kind of her.We asked to clean the waste and it was very kind of them to do it on time for our second day stay.The location is great and in a peaceful neighbourhood though with ample street parking.
Disliked: The room is extremely basic and not value for money. No wardrobe and proper storage. There is barely any room to keep shoes or a table to iron clothes.The balcony was spacious and nice but even though it was narrow there is no protection for rain.The room is extremely hot although they gave us a small table fan but it was not comfortable considering it was a hot day. Something they should fix for the top floor. I saw a few people at the front desk complaining about it. They only had limited fans to help. Might be useful to make rooms better conditioned for summer for the top floor.Although they have a kitchen that is helpful there is no cutlery to eat or make your own tea even for 2 people. Upgrading that will be helpful. They have pots and pans but no ladle to manage.
