Liked: Victor was extremely helpful went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable.The suite its self was immaculate! Great location too!

Liked: The location was great. Close to the tube and in a quiet neighbourhood. The accommodation was brand new and clean. The price was reasonable.
Disliked: The room was very small and I think two larger people would struggle in it. There was no lift so it was quite a bit of a climb upstairs.

Modern rooms, but a loud...

Liked: The rooms were small but well equipped, with a convenient kitchenette and modern furnishings. I also appreciated the air conditioning and the excellent location near Earl’s Court.
Disliked: There were loud construction works in the neighbouring building starting at 8 am, making it impossible to sleep – very disappointing! Unfortunately, there was no prior information about this in the hotel description, no compensation offered, and the hotel staff showed little concern. The scaffolding also blocked any view from the room. Additionally, there was no elevator and the staircase was very narrow.

Would stay again!

Liked: The apartment was very clean, modern and in a great location, with it being close to multiple tube stations. I slept really well - I didn’t hear any noise from outside and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was powerful, the room had aircon, a big TV, a hairdryer and a kitchenette (toaster, kettle, microwave, hob and two pans). There was also free WiFi and the option to leave your luggage after you’ve checked out.
Disliked: The room was plenty big enough for just me but may have been a little cramped for 2 people eg there wasn’t much floor space to lay out your suitcase. There wasn’t a lift and the kitchenette had very limited utensils/kitchenware.

Liked: Close to the Tube district line at Earls Court. Kitchenette very handy. Loved the shower.
Disliked: Using the toilet itself was a little cramped. Bedroom window had a view of scaffolding on the back of the building. Im a scaffolder, see enough of it every other day!

Great stay in a proper...

Liked: The room was so modern, the AC worked perfectly and there were so many useful nooks and details to the room. It was quiet outside event though it is near the tube. The area was vibrant, less touristy and very local vibe.

Excellent stay for Wimbledon!

Liked: Room size bigger than many London hotels in the same price range. Great location (for Wimbledon as well as Central London / airport). Great AC. Newly renovated room with hard floors.
Disliked: Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Just need to be aware that there’s no elevator.

A very enjoyable stay

Liked: The front office staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to help us.
Disliked: The rooms were a little tight and no power outlet in Kitchen area or Bathroom.
