Very lovely

Liked: Super facilities. Clean and very convenient to where we were visiting that night.
Disliked: Shower hard to control. Ages to heat up then boiling. Be careful of the bathroom floor tiles when wet. Everything else super.

Not recommended, unless you want...

Liked: 3 mins walk to Earl’s Court Underground Station, transportation is convenient. The room has air conditioning and is comfortable for summer travel in London. The room was cleaned daily, and the cleaning staff even helped fold my clothes — much appreciated.
Disliked: 1.Very Very NOISY!!Annoying! There’s construction going on in the next building, so I was woken up by loud noise every morning. Staff even admitted that changing rooms has no help because every room in the building is affected by the noise. Rooms on lower floors are even worse.2.Unpleasant smell! This hotel opened recently, and the smell of formaldehyde is strong. I felt discomfort in my throat the moment I stepped into the hallway. Even worse, my room was right next to a room under construction! I saw workers going in and out, and there was dust protection film on the floors. It was a nightmare! I was placed right beside an active construction site, with no warning from the staff.3.Misleading information and chaotic management.Their images of introduction is extremely misleading. I booked a double studio, and the pictures showed a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave. In reality, I only got a fridge. I politely asked at the receptionist if there was a public microwave I could use (I just wanted to borrow it once or twice!). They said they could put a microwave to my room next day. I was pleasantly surprised and thanked them. However, nothing happened even by the third day. When I asked again, they completely ignored their previous promise and started making excuses, saying the microwave is only included with the family studio. Then why is the picture showing it in the double studio? It’s misleading and confusing. I was angry and disappointed — who wants to argue with hotel staff while on vacation? Especially when they had already promised to provide a microwave. On the last night, they finally brought one, but also sent a message saying they weren’t actually obligated to do so. Seriously? People obviously should OBLIGATE TO their promises! This attitude is simply unacceptable.4.Absurd fees. They charge £20 per hour for early check-in or late check-out, which is just absurd. I’ve never seen such shameless pricing.
