Great location and friendly staff

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location near metro and lots of shops and restaurants. We stayed there for the tennis and we were able to walk to Roland Garros in 15-20 minutes. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was small and, even though the weather was mild (low 20s) the room got very hot. There is no air conditioning.

Perfect location and atmosphere, paying...

Liked: The lady at the reception whose name is Mary is really friendly and helpful, also the other lady with short hair. But another lady at the reception which I do not know her name is not nice and polite!
Disliked: There would be better to be someone to help with the luggages considering there is no lift!

Exceptional

Liked: Room and bed were comfortable; we appreciated the complementary water bottle at check-in. The owner is very hospitable, pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: A hand or body lotion in the bathroom would have been appreciated.

Enjoyed out time

Liked: Everything was good, the room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to explain or be in service. The morning breakfast was also good actually. The swimming pool was also fantastic, clean, and not very shallow or very deep in case there were children.
Disliked: The site is a bit far from Rome center, but it isn't really big problem because there is Metro C that takes to city.
