ATTENTION to Booking.com: this company...

Disliked: ATTENTION to Booking.com: this company does not exist anymore. When we arrived (I booked more than 6 months agao) we were told that the hostel went bankrupt and another hostel took over with a different name. They could provide a room on an ad-hoc level. The new hostel did not accept our reservation nor payment. I am requesting booking.com to reimburse the cost of the room Eur 121 and explain why I was not informed. Very inconvenient! urgent response required.

Liked: I didn't like anything. Because the hostel was closed.

Liked: If you only need a stay for catching either the train or the ferry it is ok. Budget accomodation.
Disliked: At least a cup in the room to drink water or brush your teeth would help. There is no staff. Received strange message that I need to pay again even after payment with Booking.com was complete.
