Definitely worth a visit and...

Liked: Fantastic breakfast.
Disliked: It was assumed that we required conjoining beds, although we were friends not partners, and we had to ask for the beds to be separated. Unfortunately when this was done, it exposed the fact that behind the beds had not been cleaned.

Liked: From the minute you see the building, you're in awe! You are free to walk around the hotel ! There is so much history to the place . Absolutely stunning
Disliked: Only stayed for one night ! Could so easily stay longer

A short hop from home...

Liked: The atmosphere, staff, food, cocktails, cell and spooky feeling. Couldn't ask for more. The walk to town pubs and the Camel Valley Vineyard were fully enjoyed.
Disliked: Being awakened in the night by a feeling of something stroking my neck and tapping on the window (3rd floor).

Liked: The hotel was exceptional, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding. An amazing stay in a beautiful hotel, will definitely be going back. Highly recommend

Excellent hotel in historic building

Liked: Historic building, refurbished to a very high standard. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Air con worked really well in my (room 306) - easy to control temperature and whisper quiet. Great night's sleep.
Disliked: Nothing of any significance.
