In today's world one never knows what to expect so we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel especially for the price! So nice to see that a privately owned hotel can exceed, and compete, with corporate hotels. We will stay again and recommend to everyone. Thanks for a great stay!
Liked: The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness.
Disliked: A little musty smelling but is to be expected with older buildings.

Disliked: DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Unless you want to be treated like garbage.The hotel itself is barely holding it together — but the real problem is the front desk girl who works mornings. I’ve never met someone so breathtakingly rude, unprofessional, and downright nasty in a customer-facing role. She’s probably around 20, with the attitude of someone who hates her life and wants to take it out on every single guest. And she does.From the moment I arrived, she was rude. Cold, sarcastic, and dismissive. Every time I asked a question or tried to report an issue, she acted like I was inconveniencing her. When I told her the shower in my room was completely clogged and unusable, she refused to move me — told me to wait for maintenance for hours. Absolutely not. Eventually, another employee (Sofia — a kind and competent adult) took over and moved me without question. Funny how basic decency isn’t so hard for someone who actually belongs in this industry.And the issues didn’t stop. The second room’s light started flickering on and off at 5 a.m. — terrifying and unacceptable. I went to inform the front desk at checkout and this girl actually argued with me, claimed that “never happened” and refused to even look at the video proof I offered. She flat-out denied it, with a smug tone that said she couldn’t care less. I asked for her name so I could mention her in this review — she refused to give it. That alone tells you everything you need to know.She also berated another guest right in front of me — a calm, polite man who was trying to report that the toilet in his room was dangerously broken and his elderly father almost fell. She cut him off repeatedly, offered zero apology, and acted like he was the problem. It was disgusting to witness.Let me be clear: this young woman is not just unfit for hospitality — she is actively driving guests away. Her attitude is appalling, her customer service is non-existent, and her presence alone drags the entire hotel down.
