Boca Plaza

In today's world one never knows what to expect so we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel especially for the price! So nice to see that a privately owned hotel can exceed, and compete, with corporate hotels. We will stay again and recommend to everyone. Thanks for a great stay!

Liked: The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness.
Disliked: A little musty smelling but is to be expected with older buildings.

Disliked: The lift was out of service and the personnel not available to help so we have been forced to bring the luggages up to fouth floor by ourselves. The bed was not clean had infested by fleas.

Disliked: I was told I had to request clean towels and housekeeping 24 hours in advance for every day I stayed. For the entire 4 nights I stayed I did not recieve any clean towels or any housekeeping services. The room smelled bad. The staff was not helpful.
