We would stay here again!
Liked: Check in and out process was smooth and was offered a beverage upon Check-in. The room was clean and loved the decor. Short walk right to Morgan Wallens bar and Broadway Staff was great!!
Disliked: No parking on property, had to Valet or find a parking garage $65 a night.

Will not stay again but...
Liked: The staff were very nice
Disliked: Only one valet on the night of The Weeknd concert, $68 valet parking fee when the hotel sits on a parking garage!!! One elevator was broken so long wait times, downstairs restaurant had a foul smell and last was offered a free beer at check-in at checkout was charged a $25 experience fee for said beer!! Will not stay here again

It was great. Would stay...
Liked: The hotel was super cool. The location was fantastic, walkable to just about everything, especially the Honky Tonk Highway. The basement/garage bar was a nice, hidden bonus and opened to Printer's Alley.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good Spot in Downtown Nashville
Liked: This hotel is unbelievably close to the heart of downtown Nashville and is almost scarily clean. A short 5-10 minute walk to Bridgestone Arena. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The café serves a great (though pricey) breakfast and also room service. The room itself was huge,
Disliked: The Air Conditioning absolutely refused to keep up with demand. Granted this is late July in the South, but we still roasted with air condtioning running on max. Also the bathroom has some...questionable options. The shower has no door to it. The shower itself has decent water pressure but far from good. The bathroom door itself is a barn door style so it gives no real privacy. The toilet is VERY and I do mean VERY low to the ground. And it is next to a pixelated glass window where you can still clearly make out what is happening on the other side. Note: There appears to be privacy drapes you can unravel to uncover this and the barn door but they are hard to notice and we didn't even notice them until we were checking out.
