Liked: Excellent location overlooking the marina with lovely helpful staff
Disliked: Continental breakfast fairly basic as granola bowl with berries was an extra £4

Great stay.

Liked: Location good for Beaulieu. Rooms small and simple but very good. Hythe attractive village. Hotel location in Marina also attractive. Buffet breakfast adequate.
Disliked: Room hard to ventilate and power points for fan, badly positioned.Bar closing at 2230 on Friday night (we arrived back at 2340)

Disliked: We arrived on the 29th of may for 2 nights bed and breakfast,after receiving key for room6 we took up our bags,the stairs up were very grubby and paint scuffed.on opening the door on first impressions looked good,on closer inspection skirting had thick dust along with all unmoved furniture.I opened the windows for fresh air,the left opener frame is broken and the pain of glass ready to drop out.morning breakfast on the 30th tea/coffee and toast whilst watching flys landing on uncovered food! 2nd breakfast the same served to our grubby sticky breakfast table,now I have a genius level on booking.com for hotel stays and I never complain but this hotel takes the biscuit.upon checking out of our room my wife always strips the bed covers to help house keeping and what we witnessed was unbelievable,the bed,protector and quilt were massively stained which upset my wife and I greatly,we took photographs to show to the staff ,my wife approached the manager who said he’d check and call us with his findings…we drove to our cruise ship ….weve heard nothing from hotel,it’s now in the hands of booking.com,but seriously those stains were months old and I’m not happy!! They’ve had 24days to sort out this issue and pics don’t even show half quarter,poor hotel,poor management,poor customer service!
