Disliked: Honestly the smell of some cleaning product you use in the corridor outside rooms 8,9 ,10 was awful.Room 9 should not be classified as superior.

Disliked: Broken toilet flushOld worn furniture with seams torn and frayed.Very noisy room, we could hear next door using the loo. Plus people climbing the stairs very late was really loud. No way to separate our rubbish for recycling.

Fantastic overnight stay

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money, only 5 miles from Beaulieu. Room is small but perfectly adequate for our stay.
Disliked: Nothing really. Hythe was very quiet.
