Great place to stay except...

Liked: It’s a great location, right on the St. Lawrence River, very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and the food in the pub was delicious.
Disliked: It would get top rating except for one thing- way too much light in the room at night! There are only slat blinds on the window and there’s a light right outside shining through. It needs blackout curtains on the window as well as the blind. There should also be a curtain over the glass wall of the shower at night. If the bathroom light is turned on at night, the whole bedroom lights up very brightly. Luckily I had an eye mask with me or I would not have had much sleep.

Wonderfully clean and comfortable room in a gorgeous spot, wish we had scheduled a longer stayonger.

Disliked: I wish that I had realized that we were arriving after the front office had closed. Would have liked a microwave.
