Disliked: It is a boat house and therefore made of wood. It is incredibly noisy and lacks privacy

Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Wow! Whitstable Boat House.

Liked: From start to finish, it was the best stay we have. Cosey , very clean. Shower worked perfectly. Bed was so comfortable that as soon as our heads hit pillow we were asleep.Perfect Location right by the beach
Disliked: Only the Gulls scraping at 4.30 am, but that's not really an issue of the boat house.

disappointing not what we booked

Liked: Location, very close to the beach.
Disliked: Well the room I got wasn't the one I expected from the pictures. I booked this stay months ago for a special anniversary weekend, and especially for hits feature bathtub and terrace, as we wanted an airy and bright space to celebrate our special occasion weekend getaway. Instead we got given a tiny claustrophobic room with small window, facing another house, barly able to open, no terrace, zero space to move around, tiny bathroom, and not well cleaned floors.. very disappointing stay and crazy comparing the price we paid and what we got for it.. definitely be careful as deceiving photos. The photos with bathtub with bright and airy room with terrance are apparently for the appartment...

Liked: Very well located on beach. Nicely furnished and presented. Clean
Disliked: Would have liked a sea view. Expected that. Information about what was provided not crystal clear.

Good location for a short...

Liked: Check-in was friendly and fast, though the check-in location is a bit of a hike from the property. Especially if, like us, you arrive on foot from the train. Room was clean, pleasant decor and the bed was really comfortable. Very good central location.
Disliked: Soundproofing. As in, I could hear the next room's TV as though it was in our room, and could hear conversations, not just the sound of people talking. The double-glazed windows were appreciated but because of the hot day, the temperature in the room was too high for comfortably sleeping. So we cracked a window and had to let the noise from outside, along with the breeze, in.
