Absolutely stark accommodations, marginally adequate...

Liked: It allowed our dog. It was clean with only a slight stale smell. There was plenty of room. The desk had a power strip, which was good for recharging devices. The view of the ocean right outside the door was nice.
Disliked: It was stark. Two rooms, three beds on movable metal stands but no other frame. Clean sheets with a very thin blanket, no bedspread. Not much other furniture. The kitchenette had a small fridge, stove, microwave and a coffee maker but empty cabinets and draws except for one solitary coffee mug. We went out and bought large coffees from a 7 Eleven, so the coffee maker came in handy to keep it warm. I had to wonder if they expect people to travel with their own pots and pans, plates, silverware, etc. But it was actually a "free upgrade" so we didn't require the kitchen anyway, although another mug and some coffee and filters would have been nice.There were two lamps but only one had a bulb. After a little waiting, a staff person was able to get me another bulb. No room service at all, but we really didn't need anyone to make our beds and there was nothing to replenish as there wasn't much provided in the first place. Overall an amazingly raw accommodation.We were there to visit family who were nearby, so we were out early in the morning and back late just before bedtime, so it was adequate for our purposes. There aren't too many places nearby that accept pets, so this was one of very few alternatives. There was an extra charge per night for the dog, which was not mentioned at all at the time I made and paid for the reservation. The total for four nights was over $1K: outrageous price for what we got.

Information very misleading

Liked: Convenience of location
Disliked: All beds were pretty much broken and very uncomfortable. Bathroom floor tiles were cracked and had to watch to not cut your feet. Had to ask for basic necessities when not provided enough. Found a medication bag that belonged to someone else so rooms weren't properly cleaned. No pool on site would have to go to another location. No parking right on site, had to go find your own. Website very misleading. Going to stay somewhere else next year.

Bad

Liked: Loved the location. Close to everything.
Disliked: This place has AC window units. They're old and dirty, and I couldn't get a restful sleep since they turned off and on all night. The apt was tidied up but was dirty. The blinds, windows, and the shower stall was old and seemed to have mold. No trash can, had to request one. No coffee maker in the apartment, I had to request one and when they brought one it was dirty with old coffee grounds . It was a Keurig, which we didn't have supplies for and they didn't have a regular coffee maker. Also, I called ahead and asked if the kitchen would be equipped with pots and pans, etc. I was told yes, and that was not true . Will not be staying here again. The only reason I gave a one star was for the location.

Nice but will stay somewhere...

Disliked: No parking , if you got a spot you were lucky. If not the shady guy in the office knows someone that will let you park for $40 cash. It's a walk back to hotel

It was okay! Room held...

Liked: It was on the boardwalk
Disliked: Parking was not free. We checked in early and basically got told wed have to pay to park which ended up costing $60

Superb

Review about host & cleanliness

Liked: I liked that it was directly on the boardwalk so it was easy to grab all your beach stuff and head to the beach or boardwalk.
Disliked: 1. The floor had sand everywhere so it wasn't cleaned properly2. The bed sheets and blankets weren't properly dry (they weren't damp but they weren't dry either)3. The bathroom shower wasn't clean. (There was residue soap still in the shower)4. The host/owner was rude. Did not accommodate my luggage at least while we waited for check-in in even though the website said they could. And the free parking space that was available for hotel guests was always full and the owner didn't help us to find an alternative parking space. Just no help whatsoever so save yourself time and find your own parking lots to park in.
