Liked: The view
Disliked: There was no patio or balcony furniture. The parking garage was not open. You didn’t find that out until you booked the room. There was something going on in there break room on the 7th floor. Which they didn’t know about until I couldn’t use the elevator went to the receptionist informed her and she says did you push in the right floor like ma’am? I’m on the 22nd floor. It’s not working then they finally call the fire department because I guess the alarm didn’t alarm them invade didn’t even know so we had to wait 45 minutes in the middle of the night to even get up to our room. No apologies no sincerity. It was just you guys have to wait and move out the way. there was no compassion for any other customers that were trying to get to their rooms in mind you this was our last night there and they rushed you out of the hotel at 11 o’clock. The lady told me when I checked in I need to be done here at 10:50 otherwise I will be charged $250 if I went over after 11 o’clock like there was no extension for the inconvenience of not being able to get to my room within we’re waiting for that 45 minutes or even a late checkout. Most hotels give you a grace where you can do a late check out like there was no compassion for their customers.

Liked: I was told so many different lies and couldn’t even enjoy the time with my kids there it was a waste of money and I will not be returning to that place again sorry

2nd times a charm

Liked: I had an issue the day before with the pool.amd my room but the manager Sarah was super compassionate and got us into another room right away. Also, I was able to speak with the pool.mgr George and he was very information regarding the pool hours for children. My 2nd day stay was much better than my first night. I said I wouldn't come back after my 1st night but I think I will give it another shot after all.
Disliked: The limited hours for the ships and restaurants / bar inside the hotel. Things close early compared to other hotels in the area.

False advertisement!

Liked: Location and space were good
Disliked: False advertisement! Came 1 day to allow kids to swim. Checked in at 430pm and went right to the pool which is listed open 11am to 7pm. All kids were kicked out the pool at 6pm because they allow adult only at 6pm. The sign lists 8pm - 9pm for adult swim on Fri & Sat. We came on a Wednesday. The pool girl tried to say these hrs applied to this wk only as they are short staffed. Management didn't help at all!! Wpuldnt offer any discounts for pur wasted time. We literally only came for the pool. Our bathtub was also full of water when we arrived and management never sent anyone up as I asked. Never staying here again.
