Nice hotel

Liked: What not to like close to the water and casinos. The room was amazing! Clean and comfy. Nice view also
Disliked: Food was left in the microwave, which tells me they don't clean throughly. I just called the front desk, and two people came to the room and cleaned the microwave out

Liked: Furniture is old and couch has hole and the floor it’s coming out

Football tournament stay with small...

Liked: Beachfront location in between major casinos and restaurants, staff was very helpful, lots of activities for the weekend, away from hustle and bustle of casino crowds when you want a breather!
Disliked: Some of the furniture was damaged in the room

Liked: It was so so nice love every part of my stay

Office staff shady.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: They held my american express hostage for over an hour. Making me concerned what they were doing with it when everything was booked through booking.com. It was very sketchy. I told them this made me uncomfortable and the manager didn't seemed to care that my credit card was out of my reach in the back office for that long. This colored the rest of my trip since I was anxious of what they were doing with my credit card. Side note, the card has no debt on it.
