Very bad experience. A waste...

Liked: That you could cook in the room
Disliked: The front check in lady was very mean, I called 2 days before I arrived and asked for a high floor, they said they will put it in the notes. When I got there they gave me a low floor and told me because I went thru a third party that I couldn't have a high floor, and it was so many rooms available on higher floors. When I got to my room it was cold, there was no heat or hot water, and we could not shower. We had to wait til the next day to get a different room. The next room they put us in, the TV didn't work and the furniture was raggedy. I always go there and never paid for parking, they made me pay$57.00 for parking. That's the first time I paid for parking In 10 years at this resort.

Disliked: Upon arrival I checked in my room the bed had me itching and it was dated and unkempt then I was moved to another room where the table was old cracks in the ceiling and the sink had a Crack in it . I go there every year for xmas and I immediately knew something was different the quality wasn't the same I will not be going again and the resort fee are ridiculous they eighty dollars for three days plus a extre 100 for security so please take extra money I hope this helps anyone who is going there the ocean doesn't even charge that much and it is upscale.
