Not your usual corporate hotel,...

Liked: Nice location and close to many industries for business travel, but this is a themed hotel in an amusement park. Quiet when visited mid week and nice for a change to corporate hotels
Disliked: Really poor breakfast options - the adjoining grill cafe I walked in and straight out of. Pool looked cloudy and a bit neglected - but then it was only 1 May.

Liked: Close proximity to all the attractions on the Kemah Boardwalk. Short walking distance to the local bars.
Disliked: We were on the third floor and was not impressed with the balcony view of the band stage. We could hear them but viewing was terrible

Liked: The Hot tub is nice, the lobby and location are good, if you want to just walk around Kemah, the bed was comfortable, which is a plus,
Disliked: The bathroom shower and tub were disgusting, the shower head you had to do a dance to get your whole body wet, and the tile had chipped pieces and mold, the bottom of the tub was so stained you would think you were going to get some kind of fungus, the staff was not to friendly checking in, and that was the last time I saw ANYONE who worked there, when I went to Check out at 6AM, no coffee no one at the desk, lights all off, so I just laid my keys on the desk, it was a good thing I didn't need anything , the Balcony was dirty, I do know it had rained earlier in the day, but it had two chairs, one of them was broken and a hazard, It was the first time and last time I will stay at this hotel, until updating at least the bathrooms very disappointing
