Amazing

Liked: Despite the look of the place it was clean. Easy access to the beach. Good amount of parking. Staff stayed on top of everything even with tropical storm going on. Pools clean, rooms clean, had amazing sitting area with umbrellas. Everything was CLEAN.
Disliked: Really could use update. Elevators were terrifying, but easily took the stairs. The pools were a little confusing. Sign said we needed bands but wasn't given at check in. No one said anything but made us hesitate to go to some of the other buildings pools. Really nothing to complain about yall were amazing. Had tropical storm and yall never missed a beat

Liked: They were only advertise the one big building. They put us in the same one that wasn’t that updated.
Disliked: The outdated building when the updated one was advertised

Disliked: Dirty and old. No luggage carts. Only one elevator worked. Pool area was the best part however there was no bathroom at the pool. Terrible old building. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty

Disliked: Booking.com. completely messed up my reservation tried to put me in a room with no view and no balcony even though that is what I paid for. Tried to upgrade but was told hotel was sold out when it was clearly not.
