Liked: The location of the property was great.
Disliked: I did not like the way the hotel room look. It was my first visit to that hotel, and I was expecting a better view on the inside and on the outside.

Bad experience . Not recommended

Liked: Close to the beach. 20- 25- walking to the sky wheel. The little kitchen.
Disliked: The room temperature. The beds . The head shower. The staff for cleaning are rude. The elevator. 2 different building and the pics not shows the real space and accomodations. They don't give the time to check in before. Till 3. They ask for extra deposit and they don't refund the whole amount. The pool is a mess. Everybody enter there and took your belongings.

Disliked: There is no place to throw the garbage. Only one elevator works and everyone has to wait. The bed is very small for three people and the microwave only works once. There is no small parking lot if you go out in the evening it is difficult to find a place.

Liked: Honestly the pool in the south building.
Disliked: I was not happy with my stay at this hotel. The North Tower building is old and poorly maintained — it looks unsafe, especially from a mom’s perspective. The elevator felt unreliable and should be inspected. The receptionist was unfriendly and not informative, which made check-in unpleasant.I was charged $155.20 at the front desk with no explanation. The form clearly stated the security deposit was $100.00, so I don’t understand the additional charge.To make things worse, I found a bug on the bed when I removed the blanket (photo attached). I expected better customer service, cleanliness, and transparency.

Liked: I called reception from my room because we didn't have blankets, pillows for the bed, and there was no remote control for the television. The person who answered said they would bring it... the things never arrived. And The hot tub the water is not hot
Disliked: This is what I don’t like The ladies at the reception are very rude, they have no empathy, they don't greet you and they treat you as if you were going to ask for something for free. There are no bathrooms in the pools. You have to go up to your room, it's a waste of time.
