I deserve a refund

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: the room was disgusting, the tv remotes were broken, the toilet lid was laying on the ground, the other residents were banging on the walls, stains all over, the one chair in the room was ripped apart at the seat. I did not stay the night I left after a few hours. Would love a refund but I'm sure I won't get it.
