We did not feel safe. Rooms were small. No restaurant. Went to another hotel.

Liked: Easy access, decent parking. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Small pool. Not heated as stated in description. No jacuzzi. Room was comfortable, bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Shower was dirty and hair on toilet.

Disliked: I didn’t like that the pool heated wasn’t working, so we didn’t get to enjoy the indoor pool because it was too cold

Liked: You would only stay here for universal and it’s a short walk away, so that’s good. I think the extra charges for parking are too much considering the hotel is not cheap. It was clean, that’s all we needed. The area around the hotel is not nice and I wouldn’t walk around there if I had kids with me.
