BLVD Hotel and Studios Universal-Hollywood Ascend Hotel Collection

We did not feel safe. Rooms were small. No restaurant. Went to another hotel.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Not what I expected from the pictures.

Didn’t get much sleep

Liked: It was close to Universal Studios
Disliked: We were placed on the side of the highway it was very noisy and there was a light outside that shone bright into our room. I had to wear ear plugs and a mask to get some sleep, never in my life in a hotel I’ve had to do this.

Disliked: A safe in the room would have been an added bonus.

Good potential but needs maintenance,...

Liked: The room has 3 ceiling lights broken and the bathroom light was flickering like a strobe for 2 minutes every time we turned it on. Room was clean mostly but we had centipedes run around. Shower water pressure was great.

Universal night stop

Liked: Really nice room, arrived early to visit universal. Stored bags securely in the office till we returned late. Evening to go to our room. Good parking, tea and coffee facilities in a room with a microwave. Good pub hare and hounds for food 10 Mon walk, subway and burger joint next to hotel. Staff really helpful 10/10

Liked: Furniture in room was falling apart, not eye appealing and looked different than photos promoted. Price was not worth it

Liked: Great location, walking distance to Universal City.

I would not stay again.

Liked: The location was really close to universal studios.
Disliked: The room smell like bleach. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. Shower was clogged water overflow.
