Liked: The secure parking lot with a gate for entry/exit. The grounds were clean and we loved the lobby area with the beautiful patio area. The room smelled clean and the bed was clean.
Disliked: The room was not as clean overall as we usually see in hotels. There were significant dirty hand marks on the white door around the handle of the bathroom door. The chrome around the door handles, lights, and other areas had a lot on fingerprints and dust and there were multiple areas where it was obvious no one wipes down as there were things we were able to wipe off ourselves with the cloths in the room. It was obvious that the bare minimum is being done when the rooms are cleaned.
