Bad

Disliked: We were charged a smoking fee even though we never smoked in the room. I am waiting for a callback from the Manager. I spoke with a Nicole at the front desk. She was very rude and kept misgendering me for some reason. She hung up on me when I corrected her. I had to call back to get her name and she advised the manager would reach out to me. I haven't heard anything yet.

Way too expensive for the...

Liked: Parking included
Disliked: Dirty floors. Sticky blind chains. Our son had black feet within five mins of walking around. Hairs in the bathroom corners and the towels. Room access directly from the parking lot like a old motel. Unfortunately prepaid so we could not cancel the stay
